Welcome to the free resource area…

It can be a difficult decision to begin therapy and it may be useful to try some “self-help” strategies first. This may provide the knowledge and skills to overcome your difficulties without the need for therapy. It can also provide a good introduction to psychological therapies before starting therapy. 

I’ve handpicked some good-quality, helpful free resources which I often recommend to clients that I work with. Have a browse around and I hope you find something helpful for you.
