This may provide the knowledge and skills to overcome your difficulties without the need for therapy. It can also provide a good introduction to psychological therapies before starting therapy.
I’ve handpicked some good-quality, helpful free resources which I often recommend to clients that I work with. Have a browse around and I hope you find something helpful for you.
Also, check out my blog page by clicking here which provides information and ideas on wellbeing, mental health and coping skills.
If you or someone that you know is in crisis, please contact your GP or out of hours GP, or local mental health services. 24 hour support is available from mental health crisis helplines such as:

The following apps offer lots of breathing, relaxation and mindfulness exercises which can be helpful to calm the body and mind and to help restore a sense of balance. Whilst these apps are free to download, there may be some in-app purchases in order to access all resources.
